How we handle the information you share with us through this website.
This is the website for LEEF. We keep things simple. We collect only the details you choose to send us through our forms, we use them only to reply and to help you take the next step, and we never sell or share them for marketing.
When you use one of our forms (our contact form, Want LEEF in Your City, or Become a LEEF Practitioner), we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, city and country, Instagram handle, details about your practice, and anything else you write to us. You provide these voluntarily so that we can respond to you.
When you send us a form, your browser also tells us which time zone your device is set to. We use it only to make sense of a location you have typed, for example to tell whether “NY” means New York. It is never sent to anyone else, and we make no attempt to find your precise location.
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels, and it does not set cookies of its own.
Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the time of a visit, for security and reliability.
We use the details you send only to reply to you, answer your questions, and help you book a session, train in the method, or bring LEEF to your area. Nothing more.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not send newsletters or marketing messages unless you ask us to.
When you submit a form, your message is saved on this website's own server so that we keep a record of it, and it is also sent to us by email. Once the email arrives, it is handled by our email provider on our behalf. The saved copy sits in a private, password-protected part of the site that only LEEF can open, and it is never published.
We keep the messages you send for as long as we need them to help you and to keep a record of your enquiry. If you would like us to delete your information, just ask and we will.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, reach out through our contact form or on Instagram.
Our practice and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority in their region.
We take reasonable care to protect the information you share with us. That said, no method of sending information over the internet or storing it is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top.
